A good PLC integration should make production data easier to use, not create another fragile layer. We start by mapping how data is currently collected, transformed and consumed. Then we identify where failures happen: timing, database writes, network interruptions, duplicate records, missing validation, poor error handling or unclear responsibilities between systems.
From there we design the software structure around the real constraints of the plant. Sometimes that means a lightweight .NET service between PLC-related sources and SQL. Sometimes it means a message queue, a cleaner API, a better retry model, a batch processor or a separate operational dashboard. The implementation stays close to production reality: logging, diagnostics, deployment, maintainability and future changes are part of the work, not an afterthought.
This is a good fit when the automation layer is already working, but the software around it is becoming the weak point: operators do not trust the data, support teams cannot explain failures, reporting depends on manual correction, or every change creates fear of downtime. We focus on the enterprise software side of PLC integration, so the result can be owned, monitored and improved by the team responsible for production software.
